My Story

Born in Cheshire, I grew up riding horses in the English countryside and going to indie music concerts in Manchester before spending my college years in Sheffield. Since then, I've lived in Australia, Tokyo, San Francisco, North Carolina and, currently, Venice Beach. My passion for adventure has taken me from working on a horse ranch and a dive boat in Queensland, to an orphanage in Kenya and the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. When not working on writing projects or traveling to new places, I am working out at Equinox or indulging my love of sports, from covering the Super Bowl, ESPYs and Kentucky Derby to going to minor league hockey games or off-road racing.
